How does payment work?

I am an out of network provider, meaning I do not accept insurance. Clients pay me directly by card or cash, I then in turn provide a detailed receipt called a superbill to the client at their request. If their insurance provides out of network reimbursement, the client would submit the superbill to their insurance to receive reimbursement from their insurance.

Appointment types

  • Initial Consultation

This allows us to briefly discuss your therapy needs. You also have the chance to see if our dynamics are a good fit for a therapeutic relationship. Think of this as an interview before we actually begin.

    $0 for 10 - 15 minutes

  • Initial Appointment

This is an in-depth session to complete a comprehensive assessment. This gives us time to gather your history, assess your current symptoms, and discuss your therapy goals, frequency, and needs.

    $165 for 60 - 90 minutes

  • Individual Appointments

After your initial assessment, each appointment will last 50-55 minutes. This will allow us to dive into triggers, frustrations and create coping strategies that work for you.

    $125 for 50 - 55 minutes

How often
are the appointments?

Every client is unique with their frequency needs of therapy. However, I typically schedule new clients to be seen weekly or bi-weekly for the first month to allow us to get to know each other, establish our therapy focus, and assess current coping skills. After several sessions, I will discuss with the client if changes need to be made to the frequency of therapy.
